The Covid-19 pandemic greatly inJluenced changes in people's lives, as did the academic process at the education unit level. Facing thls pandemic demands the importance of the education that is maintained in quality. And quality because the formation of advanced and independent quality of a society can only be realized if clmmunist education is maintained properly. Infacing the challenges of education, there arefive mlin problems of education thqt have become national agreements that need to be prioritized, namely the issue o.f educational equity, the problem of education quality, the probleru o7 nirior:i:on fficiency and the issue of edicational ielevance, oia mi abiliiy to master distance le-arning tecltnologl.^lhefocus o.f this study is to explain "ltow to deal with the educational challenges of the l9't' pandemic era: disiuption irq". The method used in this research uses a descriptive perspective approach ani literature study. The inability to improve the competitiveness of national human resources through quality educatioi has led to the increasingly challenging position of Indonesia ii th) arena of global competition. Furthermore, education actittities ian strengthen and expand the implementatio, of internships in developed and adaptive cotmtriis ancl get along with the globat situation of the covid-19 pandemic.
